Student Transportation Board

Committee Description

The Student Transportation Board maintains oversight of the student bus pass program and the SAFE programs, which include no-fare evening campus bus routes and SAFEwalk. The board also negotiates program budgets and services with the City of Madison, Madison Metro Transit and UW–Madison Division of Campus Transportation Services. The board is composed of the SSFC Vice Chair, one additional SSFC member, two Student Council members, three at-large students appointed through the Shared Governance Committee, and the student appointees to the Campus Transportation Committee.
