Using the ICTR KnowledgeBase

The Search Bar at the top of the screen allows you to search the Knowledge Base for documentation relevant to your questions.

You can also use the All Topics drop down menu to restrict the results to OnCore specific documentation.

OnCore Data Field Definitions

The Knowledge Base also includes Data Field Definitions which outline required fields and those that are checked for quality.

To access Data Field Definitions select from the "All Topics" drop down menu at the top of the page.

User Guides

Most of the documentation in the KB is designed to troubleshoot specific problems; for example, OnCore: Why Can't I Click on Some of my Subject's Visits in the Calendar?.

There are also are User's Guides designed to walk you through specific processes:
