How can administrative personnel access studies in ARROW after they have a NetID and password? For administrative personnel not engaged in human subjects research, study teams must do the following to grant them read-only access to the study:
- The study team must ensure that the administrative personnel are indeed not engaged in human subjects research as defined by federal guidance. Study teams are encouraged to consult with the HS IRBs Reliance Team (firstname.lastname@example.org) when making this assessment.
- After a study team confirms that the administrative personnel are not engaged in research, the study team can use the Edit Administrative Access activity to allow the personnel access to their study.
