L&S Admin has created a shared Events Calendar for staff to download and add to their own Outlook Calendars. This calendar compiles all events across L&S in one place and streamlines any updates or changes to events that occur throughout the year. Please follow the instructions below to add the L&S Events calendar to your calendar groups.
To Download the Official L&S Events Calendar:
- For best results, download via the web version of Outlook.
- Hit the calendar icon on the far left of screen.
- Click “Add Calendar”
- “Add from directory”
- Select your email from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the ls_events@ls.wisc.edu email.
- Add to whichever calendar you’d like or makes most sense to you from the dropdown menu.
- Click “Add”
- The calendar should populate in your calendar options in Outlook (both web and app versions).
- To download within the Outlook App
- Click calendar.
- Click on the home tab.
- In the Manage Calendars group, click Add Calendar.
- Select Open Shared Calendar … from within the drop-down menu.
- Type ls_events@ls.wisc.edu in the Name box or click Name to select it from the Global Address Book.
- This will show up titled as LS EVENTS when searching
- Click “OK”
- The calendar should populate in your calendar options within Outlook (both web and app versions).
