Question 11.1: Provide information about the grant/funding application. Ensure this description is clear, using non-technical language, no jargon or citations.

Question 11.2: Describe the activities to be conducted in this period.  There should be no inclusion of human subjects, including pilot testing, recruiting, consenting, etc.

Question 11.3: Describe the activities, involving human subjects, to be conducted at a future date - which will be covered by a separate IRB application.  Activities involving human subjects should be planned for no earlier than six months from the date of this application.  If research activities including human subjects are to begin sooner than six months, please return to the Application Type page and choose Initial Review Application.
