Summary Accrual Information Only indicates that the protocol does not need to document any details about the subjects enrolled on the protocol. This option must not be used for interventional studies or any protocol where individual subject information must be documented.

This enables the collection of subject accrual data summaries on the Accrual tab in PC Console, and disables the Subjects > CRA Console > Register Subject page.

This field defaults to 'No'.

For protocols interfaced with Health Link this should be set to "No".

Summary Accrual Info Only may only be set to 'Yes' for non-interventional protocols.

When set to 'Yes', accrual totals can be captured in groups by date or date range of: institution, biological sex, age group, ethnicity, race, disease site, recruited by, zip code.

Oncology: For non-interventional protocols, if demographic information is being collected, it must be entered into OnCore.

For protocols not documenting individual subjects and/or subject visits Summary Accrual may be used. Contact OnCore Support Help Desk Portal to determine if you may use this function.
