Bucky’s Butchery is a student-employed meat processing facility on the UW-Madison campus. The students here cut and process a wide variety of meat products. Some of the favorites are bacon, specialty smoked sausages, and Bucky’s Hot Sticks. The Butchery also carries pork chops, ribeye steaks, and a variety of roasts. They also sell beef and pork sides along with whole lambs, cut to order. Inventory varies week to week.
Sales are by cash or check only (checks can be made payable to UW Meat Lab). Credit cards aren't accepted, and orders are not accepted by phone. Prices are competitive and change based on meat and livestock prices.
