Subcommittee Activities

The purview of this subcommittee includes the following activities:

• Ensure that personnel policies and procedures of the OVCR are consistent with those of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (including the Academic Staff Policies and Procedures, Unclassified Title Guidelines, Unclassified Personnel Policies and Procedures).
• Educate ourselves and fellow CASI members regarding such policies in order to provide helpful tools and resources to constituents.
• Identify areas of concern related to these policies and devise and recommend solutions to the general CASI & the Vice Chancellor.
• Bring constituent concerns related to the subcommittee and to the General CASI for discussion and potential solutions.
