  • Critical Compensation Fund: thoughts on the process and outcome

  • Discussion of "pay portfolio" for Academic Staff and a possible partnership with Budget Committee to work on it
  • Set regular day/time/place for CEBC meetings for the year, keeping in mind that one of our members must drive in from off campus and park.
