ECMS - Imaging Best Practices: For Document Capture workstations, Backup your relevant files

This document explains the need to backup your relevant imaging workstation files.

If you use your workstation for document capture via Scanner or via ImageNow Printer we recommend that you make copies of the following files and store them in a place NOT on your workstation.

%AppData%\ImageNow\inscan.xml
%AppData%\ImageNow\indevice.xml

To get to these files, you can open Windows File Explorer, and enter  %AppData%\ImageNow  on the address line.
