Background

uwsys.net gives egress queue priority to packets that are marked with IP Precedence 4.

Customer packets are marked with ip-precedence 4 on the closest layer3 device uwsys.net manages.  BadgerNet provided backbone links do not uniformly retain DSCP.  To mitigate this issue, packets may be remarked on ingress from certain untrusted providers.

Only real time applications such as dedicated video conferencing should be added to the priority IP list

• Add IP addresses to the priority IP service.
• Verify which IP addresses are on the priority IP service
