How to request access to the grill.

DoIT Grilling Services

The DoIT grill and propane tanks have found new storage homes. As of 7/24/2014 the following process should be followed in order to release the grill and propane for DoIT use. All requests should be made 3-5 days prior to date needed.

  1. 1.    To use the grill contact Roger Vogts at  roger.vogts@doit.wisc.edu or at 262-0286 and he will make pick-up arrangements with the user.
  2. 2.    Due to safety regulations the propane tanks will be stored off-site and an email request to ns-inventory@lists.wisc.edu will initiate a request to pick up the propane from the Verona warehouse and deliver them to the user. 
  3. 3.    Contact the email addresses previously listed in order to return items to storage.
