The value of registration fees is set on this screen. The original value entered in the Financial Calculator box is filled in here for all fees and can be edited. Also the amount set for other individual participant costs is filled in here. There is also a field to enter a value for sponsor fees and a description.
In the example here, there are three fees defined in the previous tab:
A-Fee for a single participant
B-Fee for 2 or more participants from same agency
These definitions appear at the bottom of the screen.
The fee entered in the Financial Planning Form Financial Calculator appeared in all the "Total Fee" boxes. Fee "B" was edited to have a value of $125. The "Costs per Enrollee" entered in the Financial Planning Form at filled in here as well.
The sponsor fee box is meant to list the total of all sponsorship fees. The description box allows the user to enter names of sponsors separated by commas or semi-colons. These values are printed on the IF.
