WiscIT - Search for Infra Legacy Tickets

This document details the steps needed to search for a legacy ticket (Infra Ticket) from WiscIT Powered by Cherwell.

Note: This will NOT generate results for Infra Requests.

Once logged into WiscIT Powered by Cherwell, click on Searching menu
  • Select Search Manager
  • Change the Association to "Legacy Ticket"

    • legacy

  • Select the search you would like to run
  • You can copy any of these searches to your user folder and modify for your own use
