Notes on troubleshooting adobe apps

Fixing update issues:


Menu choice "Update" is greyed out:

1. Delete file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0\AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat
2. Delete file: C:\Users\dberney-ou\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\AdobeUpdaterPrefs.dat

Run updates again.
