Faculty Performance Reviews
This policy states that the departmental executive committee shall provide for the periodic review of the performance of every Faculty member. The purpose of the review of tenured Faculty is to assess periodically each Faculty member's activities and performance, in accordance with the mission of the department, college, and institution, in such a way as to determine that the Faculty member is meeting his or her obligations to the university and the State of Wisconsin.
About this Policy
The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is currently reviewing this policy. OHR is consolidating and updating the format of policies to reflect changes in state law that took effect on July 1, 2015. Until this policy has been revised, please refer to the existing policy or policies:

For University Staff: No existing policy
