CCI Private Cloud - How To Get Support
Below is the information on how to get support for the CCI Private Cloud service.
The CCI Team Does Support
- Resources and services that make up and deliver the CCI Private Cloud, including the CCI customer portal and the virtualized resources.
- The CCI backup services.
The CCI Team Does NOT Support
- The guest operating systems (OSs) or applications that run within the customer virtual machines (VMs).
- Core networking services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, firewalls, and load balancers.
Getting Technical Support
- Email CCI-Virtualization@wisc.edu with your support requests.
- A CCI support technologist will respond to your request by the end of the following business day.
- Do not contact the DoIT Help Desk or DoIT SNCC with CCI Private Cloud issues.
Enterprise Server Administration
Systems Engineering in DoIT provides System Administration for Windows Servers and an assortment of Linux Server distributions on a time and materials basis.
