Technical Support
- Customers should email CCI-Virtualization@wisc.edu with support requests.
- CCI Private Cloud-Support technologists will respond to all support requests by the end of the following business day.
- Customers should not contact the DoIT Help Desk nor DoIT SNCC with CCI Private Cloud issues.
