Changing How Updates are Delivered in Windows 10
This document outlines how to disable peer to peer updating in Windows 10.

From the start menu, click on settings.

From Settings click on Update and security
- Once in the "Update and Security" screen, then click on Advanced options

In Advanced options, click on Choose how updates are delivered

In the next window, switch the feature to Off.
