General Incident Updates

• Updated Network Service Team Names to use the NS abbreviation
  
• Self Service (Help Online), added ability to search for incidents
• Fixed preferred name validation which was causing issues when creating incidents in the web client
• Recruitment's at a Glance
• created ability to copy a recruitment to add finalists as well as restart a failed recruitment
• updated UDDS field to allow picker selection only (removed ability to type in field)
• added buttons to the form to launch reports
• Added Help Desk contract field to Sub-Category field
  

General Problem Updates

• Fixed the problem owner ID which was not setting when an incident was assigned
