WiscIT - Release Notes - 2015-11-20
On Friday, November 20th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
General Incident Updates
- Users can now set their default send address within Cherwell as long as the address is monitored by Cherwell. Option is available under tools-->options-->email
- New Specific for SE Project Deadline incidents
- virtualization@doit.wisc.edu is now an email address monitored by Cherwell
- Added set to pending as an option when an incident is created
- Updated General Billing fields
- Subcategories updated for ISIS
- Fixed routing of Student Pay Raise workflow
- Updated UW Digital ID auto routing of incidents based off of keywords
