WiscIT - Release Notes - 2015-12-04
On Friday, December 4th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.
General Incident Updates
- Workflow created for Security Scans
- Updated repair specifics to collect filevault and ms account info
- Added Contact Date as a column option
- Expanded date field for SE's specifics
- Updated category's and sub-category's for Learn@UW
- Added new UWSC CAT team
- Updated "from" address for UWSA resolved emails to now send from servicecenter@uwsa.edu
- Turned on logging for needs attention flag, to now track who turns it on and off
- Updated email handlers to find names via API, resolves issue with duplicate names
