WiscIT - Release Notes - 2015-12-04

On Friday, December 4th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

General Incident Updates

    • Workflow created for Security Scans
    • Updated repair specifics to collect filevault and ms account info
    • Added Contact Date as a column option
    • Expanded date field for SE's specifics
    • Updated category's and sub-category's for Learn@UW
    • Added new UWSC CAT team
    • Updated "from" address for UWSA resolved emails to now send from servicecenter@uwsa.edu
    • Turned on logging for needs attention flag, to now track who turns it on and off
    • Updated email handlers to find names via API, resolves issue with duplicate names
