Law User Chrome Installation on Windows desktop

Directions for users to install Chrome without Admin credentials
1. User can download chrome for windows desktop

2. Run Installer file

3. When prompted for admin credentials > click NO

4. Another window will pop up asking to Continue to install without administrator privileges > click YES
