Research Radiology: Image Export or Processing
The Research Radiology Program provides image export and processing services to researchers.
The following procedures are for small requests, typically of fewer than 10 cases. These fees are intended for small batch jobs that must be done manually. An “exam” is all images sharing the same accession number. For larger jobs it is likely much more cost effective to set up a dedicated automated or semi-automated study-specific pipeline.
Service Description for 10 or fewer cases:
- Import from or Burn to CD/DVD
- Export from PACS
- De-identification* or re-coding
- Radiologist over-read for adventitious findings
The same services referenced above can be conducted in batches or groups of 10 or more cases. Batch jobs can be conducted at a cheaper rate per/case. Contact Research Radiology to set up a consult. NOTE: There may be an additional fee to set up customized research image processing procedures.
The costs for the procedures referenced above can be found in the OnCore system prefaced with "Research Radiology".
