WiscIT - Release Notes - 2016-04-05

On Friday, April 05th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

Sprint 19

General Incident Updates

  • Setup Email monitor for NetID Deactivations
  • Updated the Service Centers email template
  • Expanded length of Support Contract field
  • Improvements to the Repair Specifics, if repair coverage is set to department, then display repair bill rate, approved price ceiling
  • Consolidated UW Digital ID Categories
  • Updated grid colors, made the orange darker for needs attention
  • Updated support contract names

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Changed Network Sysnet workflow to assign as Change Manager SNCC-Systnet
  • Change Normal-DC workflow to assign as Change Manager Change Manager

Workflow Updates

  • Updated tab order for recruitments at a glance
  • Resolved an issue with agreement emails to stakeholders
