WiscIT - Release Notes - 2017-02-17

On Friday, February 17th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

Sprint 35

General Incident Updates

  • Add current location field to repair specific
  • Updated specific for wiscit classification to include Help Desk contract
  • Fixed Help Desk feedback link on incident
  • Add cancelled recruitment as a field on Recruitments

General Problem Updates

  • Tech Stakeholder notification on Problems update
  • Outage appeared twise on tab in Problem
  • Outages title/description markup
  • Updated a typo in stakeholder email

Change/Configuration Updates

  • Implemented date/time fields for all CI's in schedules vs free text maintenance field
  • Add situation manager tabs to userinfo
  • Updated picker link to button
  • Add tertiary situation manager
  • Add SE tab on SE objects

Workflow Updates

  • Create indicator that a survey has been reviewed
