On Friday, April 28th, the WiscIT Team rolled out a number of fixes and enhancements detailed below.

General Incident Updates

  • Built Service Team/Group dashboards, User Services as a prototype
  • Created stakeholder functionality to allow notifications to assigned stakeholders on a per incident basis
  • .Display type of pending status on Incident

General Problem Updates


Change/Configuration Updates

  • Converted storage, memory, and cpu field values
  • Restrict PC & SAI CI visibility
  • Add type field to Service Teams object
  • Turn off auditing on field Updated Date for TEM
