Patch Events

On Thursday, August 8th, the Perceptive Content patch will be applied in production beginning at 6 pm. Production Perceptive Content will be available during business hours.

Testing

• Start: Week of July 1st, 2024 (or before)
• End: Friday, August 2nd, 2024
• Report patch/testing results by August 2nd, 2024; use Testing Report/Issue Form

Imaging System Patch deployment

• Start: Thursday, August 8th, 2024 at 6:00 pm.
• Finish: Friday, August 9th, 2024 by 8:00 am.

Important actions to perform 

Before patch update

• Alert your workstation support, so they are available to update and configure workstation clients if necessary.
• Alert your users.

After patch update

• Have your workstation support staff on-hand to update and configure workstation clients. ECMS - Client Requirements for August 2024 Patch - 24.1 build 226.
• Test business processes and submit results using the Testing Report/Issue Form before 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 2nd, 2024.
