Education Support Services recruitment responsibilities
1. One-on-one engagement with prospective students. May include:
- Outreach Events (trade shows, career fairs, lunch and learns, short courses, etc.)
- Phone Calls
- Emails
- Presentations
- Workshops
- Recruitment Handbook
- Individual Staff Training
5. Work with the Division of Continuing Studies (DCS) on campus-wide recruitment efforts.
- Members of the Advance Your Career (AYC) recruitment committee
- Work with DCS and EPD Marketing to develop DCS printed materials to inquirers.
- Work with DCS to learn and help implement Marketing Automation System/CRM recruitment functionalities in our department to manage and interact with prospective students
- Alert Marketing when quantities are low
- Provide feedback on the types of pieces needed for events and help to refine message for audience
- Collaborate with Marketing on the types of signage needed to reach intended audiences or to fit specific space setups
- Shared Calendar
- Event Registrations
- iPads for event data collection
