e-Reimbursement -- Internet Explorer 'cannot find' Error When Printing
A "cannot find" error may be displayed when using Internet Explorer to print a screen in applications like e-Reimbursement or the Student Information System (SIS). This is the result of a recent change.
If you are attempting to print an screen using Internet Explorer, you may get an error if you are going to FILE and then PRINT. Instead, you should try: 1) FILE, 2) PRINT PREVIEW and 3) PRINT.
You should be able to print using Google Chrome but the entire screen may not appear on the paper copy.
