Setup and Calling instructions
Setting up the Conference Phone
Three components of the conference phone need to be connected. Two components are optional. Refer to picture below:- Display Control Unit (DCU) – this is connected to the base via a USB connection
- Power adaptor
- Ethernet (network) cable
- External microphone X2 (Optional) --
Note: Allow the conference phone 3 to 5 minutes to boot up after connecting all cables
- Intended for room 20’x30’ – Use these in Ag Hall Room 250 if the entire room is being used. Connection wires are placed in the grooves on the bottom of the base.
- Not needed in Ag Hall Room 240G or a small group in Ag Hall Room 250
- Microphones and base should be at least 4’ from each other

Conference Calls
Before you can add a party to the conference, you must be on an active call and not on hold.- Press More> to scroll through the options
- Press Conf
- Enter the phone number for the party you want to add
- After the new party answers, press Conf
- (Optional) Repeat these steps until all participants are added. You can have up to 30 participants on the call.
View conference participants
- Press More> to scroll through the options
- Press ConfList to view a list of the participants. It will only list 16 of the participants.
Remove conference participants
- While in a conference, press Move, ConfList to view a list of participants
- Highlight the participant that you want to remove and then press Remove.
