InterPro - Teaching Resources for Instructors - Camtasia 2018 - Integrating a Document Camera

Instructors can use a document camera to integrate a demo into their recordings.
1. Ensure that your Camtasia canvas is set to capture the Full Screen.

2. Setup your document camera. 

The most commonly used document camera is the IPEVO Ziggi- HD Plus USB document camera, though any document camera will work. 

If using the ZiggiHD, first install the free IPEVO Presenter software, for Mac or PC, available at http://support.ipevo.com/presenter. 

Then, connect the Ziggi- HD Plus's USB cord to your computer. 

Launch the IPEVO Presenter application.

Finally, adjust the document camera to preferred settings, using the buttons along the top of the IPEVO Presenter screen.

3. Start the Camtasia recording.

4. Put the document camera in Full Screen mode.
