Signing In to View Institutional Tableau Workbooks

Users of UW-Madison's institutional Tableau workbooks may need to sign in to UW-Madison's Tableau server before viewing a workbook. This KB article explains how.

How to Sign In to View Tableau Workbooks

Some Tableau workbooks prompt users to sign in to UW-Madison's Tableau server before viewing a workbook. To do so:
  1. Click on a link to go to the Tableau workbook. This link could be shared with you by the workbook's developer, found on a UW-Madison department page, or found in RADAR (UW-Madison's Repository of Administrative Dashboards and Reports).

  2. You will arrive at this landing page. Enter [Your NetID]@wisc.edu and click "Sign In" to be directed to UW-Madison's Tableau site. Keep in mind that [Your NetID]@wisc.edu may be different from your email address.
