The new Wisconsin Union Social Justice Hub, located in Union South room 233, is open for change-making and leadership, and we are excited to hit the ground running.

The Social Justice Hub’s goal is to provide purposeful out-of-classroom education through direct experience where students further develop skills to engage in social justice work and to provide leadership for our democracy.

Established by Union Council, the Social Justice Hub is for students, faculty, staff, and community members to learn collaboratively and work directly in the field of social justice in order to create a more just, inclusive and aware world.

Our team has invested time in staff training to provide the best possible support to Social Justice Hub visitors, prepared a brand new space for the community’s use and have begun planning events. We are excited to work with campus members in support of their social justice efforts! We hold our meetings and work teams Monday and Thursday afternoons and evenings this semester, either in the Social Justice Hub or in some collaborators’ spaces. Please stop by! We would love to meet you!
