Office 365 (Outlook on the web) - new Outlook on the web interface

Microsoft is in the process of updating its Outlook web interface ( with a new look and feature set.

Important: From Microsoft - Starting on July 22, 2019, the new Outlook on the web will become the default experience for Mail, Calendar, and People and we will remove the opt-in toggle. With this change users will not be able to move back or see the classic experience. The roll out will be completed for all customers by the end of September 2019.

Is there any support documentation for the new Outlook on the web?

Is the old settings interface available if a setting cannot be modified in the new interface?

No - as of mid-2021, you no longer have access to the old settings interface. Please contact the DoIT Help Desk to further troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing.

How an I provide feedback?

This feature is accessible within Outlook on the web > click on the " ? " icon located towards the top-right menu > scroll down to the bottom of the menu > click on "Feedback".
