HR - Performance Management Automatic Notifications

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

This document will provide an outline of what automatic email notifications are sent from HRS during different steps in the performance evaluation process, including what action triggers the notification and who receives the email.

PROCESS CONSIDERATIONS:
  • Emails are sent to business email address (preferred) as identified in HRS.

 Employee Self Evaluation  Employee clicks Complete button
 Manager
 Employee Self Evaluation  Manager clicks Reopen hyperlink/button to send completed Self Evaluation back to employee for rework
 Employee
 Employee Self Evaluation  Due Date reminders sent via batch process 30, 15 and 7 days before Employee Self Evaluation due date, unless already completed Employee
 Manager Evaluation  Manager clicks Share with Employee button
 Employee
 Manager Evaluation  Employee clicks Acknowledge button

 Manager Evaluation  Due Date reminders sent via batch process 30, 15 and 7 days before Manager Evaluation due date, unless already completed

 Any  Manager submits delegation request to give ability to perform evaluations on behalf of the Manager
 Manager and requested Proxy
