WiscWeb - WordPress UW Theme - Podcasting Options
This documents the recommended podcasting options for WiscWeb.
At this time, WiscWeb does not support a plugin for podcasting. Instead, we recommend an external tool known as SoundCloud and linking out to the content.
The free version of SoundCloud allows the following options:
- RSS distribution (multiple RSS feeds require separate accounts)
- iTunes integration
- Social audio platform
- Download capabilities for Android users
- 3h upload time
If the above options will not satisfy the needs of your group, other plans (including SoundCloud Pro and SoundCloud Unlimited) are available. For a description of each of these plans, please refer to the SoundCloud website.
