Showing a Toolbar

To show a toolbar, right click near the top of the window. The toolbar menu should appear:

Once in the menu, click on a toolbar image without a checked box next to it to show the toolbar. It should now appear at the top of the window:

Hiding a Toolbar

To hide a toolbar, simply open up the toolbar menu and click on a currently shown toolbar (which should have a checked box by it). This will hide the toolbar from the top of the window.
