1. If a user is receiving an error when trying to use Kronos that states "Internal AJAX Error 200", this means the user must change their password.

2. The password cannot be changed on Google Chrome, it must be done on Internet Explorer.

3. Once the password is changed, Chrome or IE can be used for Kronos.
