In 2019, L&S published policy and guidelines for Undergraduate program and courses proposals to support departments, Guide editors, Lumen Program approvers, and College reviewers.  These were intended to affirm the College's policies relevant to areas of academic affairs and to ensure that L&S content published in Guide is accurate, consistent across programs, polished, and easy for students and external audiences to understand.

These policies and guidelines are have transitioned from a PDF document and are now published on the L&S Guide Editing site.
