Divisional HR - HRS - Division of Extension Department IDs

A Department ID is a unique combination of letters and numbers that is used to identify a specific division, department, institute, program, or other administrative entity of the Extension organizational chart. Historically, the Department ID was known as a "UDDS" or "Unit, Division, Department, Subdepartment". These IDs are used across various administrative systems, including the Human Resources System (HRS), Vehicle Use Authorization (VUA), Student Jobs Platform, auto-generated email lists, etc. Extension has its own set of IDs that all fall under the prefix A47. Supervisors and some employees will need to reference these IDs as they work through personnel, research, financial and other administrative activities or transactions.
