This field is only used to capture secondary numbers used to identify subjects during their participation in a specific trial. These numbers may be assigned by a sponsor or study team for reasons such as drug assignments, kit number tracking or a screening number or identification of caregiver participant payments ID.

For Caregiver Participant ID#, this ID will match the Participant Identifier assigned in Participant Payments for the caregiver. There can be no more than one caregiver that will be paid/reimbursed please use the incremental identifier.

For example, some sponsors will assign a screening number to a subject and then assign a subject ID when the subject is enrolled.
