Blackboard Support - How to request the restoration of a deleted or missing recording
This document provides instructions about the information that Blackboard Support needs to restore a deleted or missing recording.
Open a case with Blackboard Support as soon as possible and include the following information:
- Session name
- Session link
- Time (including time zone)
- Moderator name
- Session ID
This information is available via the Session Report that can be acquired via the Ultra Scheduler using the Manager role. The Session ID is most important to ensure accuracy.
Note: While the recording is unavailable from the Ultra Scheduler, it should exist in the AWS storage bucket. Deleted recordings are not typically removed from AWS storage unless there is some need to make more space, or if requested by a customer.
