Turnitin - Issue with submissions reported 4/19/2020 (resolved)

Turnitin reported some slowness with uploading and viewing submissions in their systems on the evening of April 19, 2020 which has been resolved.
From turnitin.statuspage.io: "[Turnitin users] may have experienced issues with uploading and viewing submissions today. This was the result of a service degradation affecting the performance of Turnitin's Feedback Studio and iThenticate. We are pleased to announce that this has now been resolved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Turnitin engineers continue to monitor the system. Thanks for your patience!"
Turnitin reported that the issue occured from 8:30pm April 19 to 12:50am April 20 CDT.
The Learn@UW-Madison team is continuing to monitor any changes to Turnitin's performance.
