Atomic Assessments - Scoring Temporarily Down (RESOLVED)

We were notified by Learnosity and Atomic Jolt that they have identified delays affecting scoring. This issue lasted for about 2 hours and was resolved as of 3 p.m. CT on Thursday, 8/28/2020.
This may have also temporarily affected student submission attempts, loading of Reports that are based on yet-to-be scored sessions, the manual updating of question scores, and adaptive testing decisions based on score. During the event, no known data loss occurred, and sessions previously delayed will now, or soon, be available to the assessment and analytics stacks.
This issue should be resolved. If you need additional support or continue to experience scoring delays, please contact the DoIT Help Desk.
