Qualtrics Offline App deprecating support for Android versions less than 5.0

This is an announcement regarding an upcoming change to the Qualtrics Offline Surveys app for Android. On February 6 2021, Qualtrics is deprecating support for Android versions less than 5.0 (also known as Lollipop, released November 2014). This change is necessary to ensure the best possible experience in terms of app security. Additionally, the WebView component of the app is now installed separately. If you have a newer device, it likely shipped with a recent version of that component, but you are encouraged to install or upgrade it if that is not the case.
