Due to an issue with Kaltura, UW System has indicated there could be delays in copying of Blackboard Collaborate recordings into Kaltura. This issue has been resolved as of 2/15/21.
For details, please refer to this UW System news posting. UW System is currently indicating that recordings are slowly beginning to copy over as of the morning of 2/11. Kaltura has informed us that the underlying issue has been resolved as of 4PM CST on 02/10/21, so we anticipate UW System will soon resume normal processing of recordings.
