Turnitin - Similarity Report issues (RESOLVED)

Turnitin is experiencing some service issues for generating similarity reports (starting around 9:30am central time) and are working on a fix to resolve the issue.
Update (1:18pm CT): Turnitin is reporting that the issue should now be resolved, and the Learn@UW-Madison team has determined that reports are now generating as expected. That said, if you or someone you know is still experiencing issues with similarity report generation, please contact (or tell them to contact) the DoIT Help Desk.
Turnitin is reporting that they are currently experiencing some unexpected service issues specifically with similarity report generation. UW-Madison users of Turnitin may find that it takes extended time for similarity reports to be generated for Canvas assignments using Turnitin. Other users may experience no similarity reports being generated until this issue is officially resolved.
As of 1pm central time, Turnitin has indicated that they have a fix in place and are monitoring to confirm that the issue will be resolved once its rolled out. Turnitin has more information on the incident report located here: https://turnitin.statuspage.io/incidents/y6z05sqzq5n4.
