Kaltura - Known Issue - Webcam Recording continues after hitting Stop

When recording a video in Kaltura using the Webcam Recording option, the recoding does not stop when hitting the red Stop button.
The recording does not stop until you hit the "Use This" button on the review page.
Affects
Anyone using the Kaltura - Recording video with Webcam Recorder in MediaSpace feature of Kaltura.
Status
This issue is present as of 10/06/22. The vendor has confirmed the bug and is working on a solution.
Workaround
After hitting the red Stop button, quickly hit the "Use This" button on the review page.
