Honorlock Connectivity Issues- Resolved

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is experiencing connectivieity issues which is causing exam takers to experience error messages and timeouts when attempting to navigate through or starting their exam.

On Monday, December 5th at 3:58pm AWS started experiencing intermittent issues impacting some Honorlock users, services, and sub-service organizations. Specifically, exam takers taking exams within Canvas are experiencing error messages and timeouts when attempting to navigate through or starting their exams. Some students are seeing success by restarting their exam.

Honorlock is currently investigating this issue. 

Issue resolved at 6:28pm 12/5/22.
