HelioCampus AC - Data Not Displaying for Instructor Specific Questions

Instructor specific questions are not displaying data.
The issue is related to reports. For any survey template used this spring or summer that is over 7 years old, data are missing. For these survey templates, all instructor-specific questions do not display data on all aggregate reports. The data are there but not seen, which impacts any metric that is also looking at these questions. If you try creating any course evaluation report and no data appears, your department is impacted by this bug.
The bug fix is going through final testing and the plan is to correct the issue with our regular August upgrade, which will happen on the evening of August 28th.
